At CircleLytics (GroupStrat B.V.), we consider the security of our systems a top priority. But no matter how much effort we put into system security, there can still be vulnerabilities present.
If you discover a vulnerability, we would like to know about it so we can take steps to address it as quickly as possible. We would like to ask you to help us better protect our clients and our systems.

- We will discuss a way to safely hand your report to us,
Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying data,
Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved,
Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam or applications of third parties, and
Do provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem, so we will be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. Usually, the IP address or the URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability will be sufficient, but complex vulnerabilities may require further explanation.
What we promise:
We strive to resolve all problems as quickly as possible, and we would like to play an active role in the ultimate publication on the problem after it is resolved.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
– We are interested in vulnerabilities in which case our server/CMS can be compromised, XSS exploits, or unintended confidential data can be retrieved from the system.
– We do not perceive DoS of the website as a relevant vulnerability, please focus on Confidentiality and Integrity.
– As long as we score an A on securityheaders.com, we do not accept issues regarding missing security headers.
– As long as we score A+ on SSLlabs, we do not accept issues regarding SSL.
– We know that we do not support IPv6 for the website yet.
– We take “TabNabbing” as an accepted risk for our website, this should be the concern of the browser.
– We are aware that our CORS headers for the website are not configured correctly and have this as an accepted risk
– We are aware of the optional MTA-STS DNS record, and we do not want to make use of it.
– At this moment we will not perform upgrades on our website theme, considering expired JS libraries related to the theme an accepted risk.
– Exposure of our W3 Total Cache version number is an accepted risk
– Only report outdated plugins that have a vulnerability with CVE score >= 8 AND more than 1 week outdated.
– We know that port 25 is open and it is an accepted risk.
– Retrieving version numbers of software used for our website is not assumed a vulnerability, outdated versions containing serious vulnerabilities are important for us to be informed about.
